Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the photographic services provided by KRCH Photography.

Article 2 - Booking

Any booking becomes effective upon acceptance of the quotation.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are expressed in euros.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment of the remaining balance is due upon delivery of the photographs or according to the conditions stated in the quotation.

Article 5 - Weather Conditions

Outdoor sessions may be postponed in the event of unfavorable weather conditions.

Article 6 - Delivery

Photographs are delivered in digital format through a secure private gallery. The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the service provided.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

The photographer remains the copyright holder of all images created. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

Article 8 - Use of Photographs

Unless the client objects in writing, KRCH Photography may use certain images for portfolio, website, social media, and professional communication purposes.

Article 9 - Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for managing the client relationship and is never sold to third parties
